Due to the nature of our services—which often involve custom software, strategic planning, and time-intensive implementation—all sales are considered final. However, we aim to maintain transparency and resolve any concerns fairly.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. No Refunds on Delivered Services
Once a service has been initiated, developed, or delivered (in part or full), refunds will not be issued. This includes:
- Custom AI workflows or automation scripts
- Strategic consulting sessions
- System integrations
- Any digital deliverables or development hours used
2.2. Refunds for Non-Delivery
If we fail to deliver a purchased service within the agreed timeframe without valid justification, you may request a refund. We will evaluate such cases on an individual basis.
2.3. Subscription-Based Services
If your plan includes recurring payments (e.g., monthly support or automation monitoring), you may cancel before the next billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for the current or past billing periods once charged.
