Cancellation Policy

At StreamlineBuddy, we strive to provide high-value, custom AI automation solutions. Due to the nature of our tailored services, we have specific terms regarding cancellations to protect both our team’s time and your investment.


1. Project-Based Services

1.1. Cancellation Before Project Start
Clients may cancel a project before any work has begun. In such cases, a full refund may be issued minus any onboarding or administrative fees incurred.

1.2. Cancellation After Project Start
Once a project has commenced (i.e., planning, research, or development has begun), cancellations are non-refundable. However, if only partial work has been completed, we may offer a pro-rated credit toward future services at our discretion.


2. Subscription or Retainer Services

2.1. Monthly Plans

  • Clients may cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing periods.

2.2. Annual Plans

  • Annual subscriptions may be canceled, but refunds are not provided after the first 14 days of the initial signup.
  • Cancellations within the first 14 days may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to usage and administrative fees.

2.3. Cancellation Process
To cancel, submit a written request at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged.


3. Scheduled Consultations & Calls

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

4. Termination by Company

StreamlineBuddy reserves the right to cancel or suspend a client engagement at any time due to:

  • Abuse, misconduct, or breach of agreement
  • Non-payment or fraudulent activity
    In such cases, no refund will be provided unless required by law.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
